Insurance

We reccomend all person who have purchased property here in Turkey should take out Insurence for there own protection.

We have now had the opportunity of finding an Insurence company which will give a good service for our clients.

We reccomend that you have a full package which includes cover for earthquakes, even though we have not experienced na earthquake here for many years we advise that you cover yourseleves incase. When you take earthquake insurence it must be backed by the Goverment Earthquake Insurence which would also be covered in the full package.

You can Insure your property, contents, glass for the sum you would require back if anything was to happen, with earthquake the Insurence Company will give you the amount for the cover.

Once you have the Insurance you will be given a policy just like in England and this should either be left with your agents or kept very safely for your future use. If you leave the document with your agent this would allow them to claim on your behalves if you require.
