Maintenance for weekly checks

This contract will supply you with piece of mind that your property is being checked on a regular basis and that you are being informed of anything that may be of concern to you.
We will send our maintenance team to your property, they will check for any damage such as water leaking, check all windows and doors. They will also flush all toilets let water run through the systems and check the electricity supply. If at anytime they visit the property and find damage, we would immediately inform you of this and we would then take the correct steps to have this damage put to rights. We will only be able to give this cover if you insure your property, and the insurence policy is left with us for safe keeping, any property uninsured we would only be able to take the steps of informing you but, we would not be able to have the damage put to rights until such time as we got a quote and we have received the funds from you to cover the cost of the repairs. We would also check for any unpaid accounts, we would inform you of the amount and only on your say so would we then pay this invoice, we would gain a receipt and you would reinburse us on your arrival at Yasmin Gardens.
